Motion

Nanaimo is a harbour city in central Vancouver Island, Canada.

This rebranding of its downtown area reflects a connection with the community and the feeling of being home.  

The mark is inspired by the island's mountainous terrain, coastal lifestyle, and the shape of a house.

The wordmark lends itself to vertical and horizontal contexts.

What I did

Deliverables:  Logo design, motion design, and collateral.
Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.
